This application is for condonation of delay in preferring the second appeal. According to applicant, there is delay of 83 days which is liable to be condoned for the reasons stated in the application. 2.

Mr Sancheti, learned Counsel for the respondent/non-applicant submits that the applicant has raised vague grounds in the application for condonation of delay and is not supported by any cogent reasons. According to him, the application is liable to be rejected. 3.

Having considered the rival contentions made by the parties, it is noticed that the applicant has given reasons in support of condonation of delay. In my opinion, the delay of 83 days is liable to be condoned for the reasons stated in the application in the interest of justice.

As such, civil application is allowed. Second appeal be placed for admission on 6th February 2015.
