Heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the applicant, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.1 to 3 and Mr. Shah, learned counsel for respondent Municipal Corporation. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant No. 2 is not in position to remain present before the Registrar of this Court for verification of undertaking. Therefore, undertaking has been verified before the Registrar of Nashik Court, so also to allow respondent No. 5B to collect the cheque on behalf of applicants No. 5A, 5C to 5F. 3.

The office shall consider special power of attorney and after satisfying itself my allow applicant No. 5B to collect cheque in the name of applicant No. 5A, 5C to 5F so also applicant No.1 is permitted to
