This application is for suspension of sentence. Applicants are convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Sessions Case No. 15/2017 for offence under Section 324 of IPC. They are sentenced to suffer one year imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- for the said offence. Their sentence is suspended by learned trial Judge by order dated 08.07.2024 i.e., still in force.

Considering that the sentence is already Umesh

11-APPLN-3172-2024 II.odt suspended and it is a short term sentence, this Court is inclined to allow application. Application, therefore, is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on furnishing PB & SB in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) before the Trial Court. (KISHORE C. SANT, J.) Umesh
