After hearing, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, considering the earlier order whereby Bail Application No. 2238 of 2023 was disposed of as withdrawn on 07.02.2024, after this Court had expressed its disinclination to grant bail. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application.

Permission is granted.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to renew his request afresh after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the matter and the applicant is not Jhs/ 1/2

951 BA NO. 1447 OF 2025 responsible for the delay in the trial. The ground of delay in trial shall be available to the applicant to agitate.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Fees of the appointed counsel, Ms. Anita V. Veer (Naik) to represent the cause of respondent No. 2, shall be paid to her forthwith, as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
