ORDER:

Mr Wani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents No. 2 and 3 be directed to appoint the petitioner in the Bhusawal Thermal Power Station at Deepnagar from the Project Affected Persons Category.

Mr Godsay, the learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that, the petitioner is not possessing ITI qualification so also in view of the judgment of the full Bench of this Court in a case of
2 Sr3WP8535.2015 Rajendra Pandurang Pagare and another vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2009 (4) Mh.L.J. 961. 3.
Mr Wani, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has acquired the ITI qualification in the year 2014 and is qualified to be considered.

As the petitioner has now secured the qualification required i.e. ITI qualification, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner as per its scheme 'Pragat Kushal Training'. The same be considered on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
