By this application, the applicants are challenging the proceedings bearing Criminal M.A./PWDVA No.632/2019 which was filed by respondents against the petitioner/husband and his relatives before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad. 2.

Upon request of this Court, learned APP Ms Mantri tenders a copy of the order dated 16/01/2023, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in P.W.D.V.A. No.632/2019, wherein the said proceedings have been disposed of. The said copy of the order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
