Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that a request is made on 27.09.2025, to the Government Press for publication of the notification under Section 11.

After publication of the said notification, respondents shall complete the acquisition process and pay compensation to the petitioner within statutory period of one year, as prescribed under the Land Acquisition Act, 2013.

With the above direction, Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.

In case, the above directions are not complied with, the same will be treated as an aggravated contempt.
