According to the counsel appearing for the applicants, in title clause of Criminal Application No.4893/2014, in judgment dated 9/3/2015, while mentioning the surname of applicant, instead of mentioning "Nikam", "Sowani" is written. In fact the applicants have taken steps to correct the surname of applicant No.2 seeking leave of this Court on 4/8/2015. Accordingly, instead of "Sowani" the surname "Nikam" is mentioned. Instead of "Smt. Kamalbai wd/o Pandharinath Sowani", the name "Smt. Kamalbai wd/o Pandharinath Nikam" be substituted in the title clause of judgment dated 9/3/2015. The judgment dated 9/3/2015 be corrected accordingly.
