It is submitted that the application for issuance of caste certificate is pending with Sub Divisional Officer and the petitioner has to submit the same by 10.08.2018 to the respondent no.3. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions says that within four days the application of the petitioner would be decided. The said statement is accepted.

The respondent no.3 shall not cancel the admission of the petitioner on the ground that the caste certificate is not submitted till 14.08.2018. This protection is granted only upto 14.08.2018. If the petitioner fails to produce the caste

(2) wp-9310-2018 production certificate by 14.08.2018, then the respondent no.3 is entitled to take further course of action. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
