Heard learned counsel appearing for applicants as well as learned AGP for non applicant State. None appears for non applicant No.2 despite service. 2.
In these applications for condonation of delay in filing appeals under section 154 of the Land Acquisition Act, applicants/claimants have explained the delay sufficiently. Apart from that, the learned counsel for applicants submitted that applicants will file undertaking before this Court to the effect that they will not claim statutory benefit for the period of delay. 3.
Considering the stated reason as well as bona fides shown by applicants, applications are allowed. Delay in filing appeals is condoned.
