I have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. It appears that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon vide order dated 28.10.2020 while rejecting the criminal bail application No. 484 of 2020 filed by the present applicant observed that the charge is already framed in this matter and the case can be disposed of after resumption of regular working. Now the physical hearing is permitted and the trial court can proceed with the physical hearing. 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Learned counsel, however, submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime since long and considering the observations made by the court below, necessary directions may be given to the trial court to dispose of the case in a time bound manner.
