The grievance of the petitioner is that the Committee has not accepted the proposal for verification of his caste certificate on the ground that the certificate is not in Form 'C'. 2.

Mr Boinwad, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file application for issuance of caste certificate in Form 'C'.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr Dhongade, learned Counsel accepts notice for Respondent No.4. Gajanan

The petitioner shall file online application with respondent No.2. The petitioner shall also surrender the original tribe certificate issued to him with Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 shall verify the issuance of the said certificate from its office and upon being satisfied, shall issue the certificate in proper 'C' form, preferably within a period of three months from the date of surrender of the original caste certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
