First Appeal Nos.3677 of 2016, 196 of 2019 and 2481 of 2021 are not on board. Upon mentioning, those appeals are taken on board. 2.

All these appeals have been filed by the claimants for enhancement in the compensation. Learned Advocate Mr. Vitthal Bhise for appellants - claimants, is present. Learned AGP Mr. A. M. Phule for respondent - State is present and learned Advocates for respective respondents - acquiring body, are also present. Ms. S. B. Korke, Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna, is present. The respondents - acquiring

body and the appellants have arrived at a compromise. The terms of compromise are marked as Exhibit-A. The parties have agreed in respect of statutory benefits as well as interest also. 2.

Under such circumstance, the First Appeals stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A.

After the amount is deposited either with this Court or reference Court as per the compromise, the concerned appellants/ original claimant/claimants are allowed to withdraw the said amount. 5.
