The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings of all these petitioners are pending with the scrutiny committee. In case of petition no. 1 hearing was scheduled on 03.03.2020, but hearing could not take place. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are exploring possibility of getting admission to law course and the petitioner no. 3 is working as a Police Patil. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for sole respondent. 3.

Considering the exigency shown by the petitioners, the
