For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) on condition that the applicant shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 1171 days. Moreover, in circulation of this application, the delay is of about five years since the date of application is 27.10.2016, the applicant shall not be entitled for component of interest or any other monetary benefits from 27.10.2016 to the date of this order.
