P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner has submitted proposal subsequent to the impugned decision dated 6.3.2019 of the respondent No.1 which is pending with the respondent No.2. The petitioner wants to pursue said proposal. Therefore, he weeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to pursue the proposal which is presently pending with respondent No.2. 2.

If any such proposal is pending with respondent No.2 the respondent No.2 may shall decide the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
