All these Petitioners claim to have become Headmaster and Cluster Head. Their pay fixation is still not done. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, submits on instructions that, this Writ Petition has been filed hastily. The Zilla Parishad is working on the pay fixation and there was no reason for the Petitioners to file this Writ Petition.
