Both these petitions have filed by the Petitioner Shri. Prakash Bhagwan Sonawane, who claims to be the Returning Trustee of the Borvihir Vidya Prasarak Sanstha. The prayer is, that the pending change reports may be decided within 3 months. 2.

The learned A.G.P. objects to the locus of the Petitioner. For the present and considering the order that we are

9645.23wp etc (2) passing, we are not going into this aspect, and we leave it open to be considered in an appropriate case.

We are not aware as regards the pendency of the change reports before the Assistant Charity Commissioner. Merely because the Petitioner has approached this Court, we cannot direct a decision in the Petitioner's cases, out of turn, by giving a special treatment to the Petitioner. 4.

Hence, both these petitions are disposed off, with a direction to the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule that, he would decide the pending change reports before him, in queue along with the C Rs of different institutions, by considering the date of lodging of such reports, i.e. as per the seniority. In short, the oldest pending reports shall be decided first. In the event, more than one change reports are arising out of a particular common action, they may be taken up together. (Y. G.
