1] Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that, the appellant is present in the Court. On instructions learned counsel submits that, the parties have settled their dispute, and the appellant wants to withdraw this Appeal.

2] Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, respondent is also present in the Court, and on instructions, she submits that, the appellant and the respondent have settled their dispute. She submits that, respondent has no objection for withdrawal of the Appeal by the appellant.

3] In the light of above, the Family Court Appeal is withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly.
