The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed applications for issuance of tribe certificate with correct spelling of tribe. The online applications have been made on 18.07.2019. Same are not yet issued. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificates received by them with incorrect spelling to the Sub Divisional Officer. On receipt of original tribe certificates with incorrect

2 wp 9378.19 spelling, the Sub Divisional Officer shall confirm the same and after verifying its genuineness issue correct tribe certificates to the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of tribe certificates with incorrect spelling.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
