After hearing the learned counsel for the parties in both petitions for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Sessions Court, at that time, learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw their respective petitions. Their statements are accepted. Leave is granted. 3.
In view of the statements, both the petitions shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to clarify that the husband, i.e., the original respondent before the learned Magistrate's Court, is directed to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance, if any, pending, with the learned Magistrate, on or before 15th January 2026, failing which his right to prosecute the proceedings shall stand forfeited.

It is further made clear that the husband, i.e., the original respondent, shall deposit the maintenance amount regularly before the learned Trial Court on or before the 05th day of every Month from February 2026 onwards. In the event of default of even a single installment till the conclusion of the trial, his right to proceed in the matter shall stand forfeited.

Inform the learned Magistrate accordingly.
