It is the contention of the petitioners that the petitioners are not taking any grant from the Government. Even the scholarship is also not taken by the petitioner institution still, the impugned order dated 26.07.2018 is passed and further order dated 31.07.2018 is also passed. It is further contention of the petitioners that the orders are passed without hearing the petitioners and without notice to the petitioners. The reference is made by the learned

{2} 47-WP-9264-18 Counsel for the petitioners to the orders passed in PIL No. 18/2012 dated 25th September, 2018.

It has been made clear by us that we will not stall the criminal law set in motion. If the State finds that the Institution has defaulted and erred in extracting unadjustable financial benefits, the respondents shall before taking any action, issue notice to the petitioners and after getting reply, take decision upon it.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
