1] This Application is filed for recalling the orders dated 3rd July, 2018 and 24th July, 2018 passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.52/2017, and also to grant exemption from personal appearance of the present applicant i.e. original respondent no.4 on today i.e. on 9th August, 2018, as ordered by this Court on 3rd July, 2018 and 24th July, 2018.

2] Though we are not convinced to grant any exemption, but for the reasons disclosed in para no.4 of the present Application, we grant exemption for personal appearance of the respondent no.4 i.e. present applicant only for

10245.18CA today, and to that extent the order passed by this Court, directing presence of respondent no.4 i.e. present applicant, for today stands recalled. 3] At this stage, learned AGP appearing for respondent no.4 i.e. present applicant, on instructions of the Officers, who are present in the court, informs this Court that, respondent no.4 i.e. present applicant will remain present before this Court on 27th August, 2018.

4] In the light of above, the Civil Application is partly allowed, and the same stands disposed of accordingly.

5] List the PIL on 27th August, 2018.
