The applications are only for direction to the ofce for transfer of solvent surety /security amounts alongwith interest to the executing court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal. This court has already allowed similar application yesterday. In view of the same, the applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Needless to mention that the applicants are required to furnish the solvent surety/security as ordered before the executing court.
