This is second application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant/acquiring body in this court, earlier civil application No. 10141 of 2021 has been decided by the speaking order dated 01.12.2021.

The earlier application was decided on merits and it was allowed partly permitting the claimants to withdraw Rs.3.00 Crores (Rupees Three Crores only) subject to usual conditions. We are afraid, once having allowed to withdraw the amount partly how the claimants could re-agitate the same issue. The application is rejected.
