Issue notice to the respondents. The learned Counsel Mr. L.C. Patil causes appearance on behalf of all the respondents - claimants in these appeals.

The appellant - Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in these applications which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. Though the applications are opposed, but considering the statutory right of the appellant Acquiring Body, the aforesaid delay periods stand condoned. 4.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
