Though the respondent No. 3 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 3.

The petitioners claim benefit of IInd A.C.P.S. 3.

The respondent No. 3 shall verify claims of petitioners for grant of IInd A.C.P.S. benefit. The respondent/management and the Head Master shall verify the claims on its own merits, in accordance with the scheme and the policy and if the same is applicable to the petitioners and if the petitioners are eligible according to the scheme shall forward the proposal to the Education Officer. The respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it within a period of six (06) months from today. The petitioners shall communicate this order to the respondent No. 3.
