1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that original claimant, namely, Bhanudas Bhimaji Shelke is died during pendency of the appeal. This fact is informed to the respondents-appellants but the legal heirs of the deceased are not taken on record, hence, direction be given to the respondents to bring the legal heirs of the deceased on record.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The respondents are directed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased on record within two weeks.
