We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.P. for respondents. 2.

It is submitted by Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners are similarly situated as petitioners in Writ Petition No.2202/2021 decided under order dated 02.11.2020. 3.

The learned counsel submits that in the present case also the enquiry was completed and the Government is required to consider the report of the Joint Director.

In light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners, we follow the same

judgment as delivered on 02.11.2020 in Writ Petition No.2202/2020 and pass the similar order:

ORDER

a. We direct the Government to take decision pursuant to the enquiry report submitted by the Joint Director in respect of the TDR/DRC utilization of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.

b. The parties may take steps pursuant to the decision taken by the State Government. In that regard, all contentions are kept open.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
