Issue notice to the respondent. Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for respondent/State.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, though the applicant is released on temporary bail for the period of two months, but his mother has developed complications in respect of her health. According to him, the applicant is the only son of his mother and therefore, he prayed for extension of the period of temporary bail granted to him.

On the contrary, the learned A.P.P. submits that, the papers of medical treatment of mother of the applicant are from private hospital

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 2829-2025.odt and his mother can be referred to the Government Hospital, so that report from the Medical Officer can be called. 5.

In view of the same, we deem it appropriate to extend the time of temporary bail as granted by us under order dated 29th July 2025 by further period of ten days from today.

The applicant is directed to admit his mother to Government Hospital for examination and submit the report of the concerned Medical Officer till next date.

7.

Stand over to 11.10.2025.
