Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that, it would not be possible to consider the application of the petitioner within a time bound manner. The respondent No. 3 has to decide many such applications pending with it. 3.

The respondents may consider the application of the petitioner for opening new G.N.M. college expeditiously, on its own merits. 4.
