This application is moved for fixing early date of hearing. The appeal is of 2004. The reason stated for early hearing is that the applicant is selected by the Railway and he is likely to get an appointment to the post of "Track Maintainer". 02.

Considering the pendency of the appeals pertaining to the years 2003-2004, presently this Court is not in a position to accept the request. The applicant is at liberty to move after four months. 03.
