The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, in the validation proceeding pending before the Committee, the vigilance is completed. The petitioner has filed his say, hearing has also taken place and only decision has to be taken by the Committee. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner is a allottee of the flat and for the said purpose validity is required.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Considering the above, the committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
