The present petition was filed to direct respondents Nos.2 and 3 to procure and produce CCTV footage of Devgiri Bar, Latur dated 04.06.2025 and also for direction to decide the representation dated 24.06.2025. Learned APP submits that written communication by superintendent of Police, Latur stating that the said representation would be decided within a period of four weeks. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X'.

In view of the written statement which is now taken as undertaking, we disposed of the petition with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the application/representation dated 24.06.2025 by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
