Mr. Garud. the learned counsel for the non applicants opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated. In fact, Maliwada is area in Ahmednagar city cannot be said remote one. No proper explanation is given. However, the averments made in the application are not controverted by way of filing affidavit. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Place the Letters Patent Appeal for admission on 6.8.2015.
