I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed revision against the discontinuation of status quo order passed by the Superintendent of Land Records, Latur and the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad has refused to entertain the said revision for want of provision. Learned counsel submits that in view of the same, the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail the alternate remedy, if available in accordance with law.

Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, if available in accordance with law.
