We would certainly not have entertained the writ petition in view of the fact that the petitioner has an alternate remedy available. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he would restrict the prayer to the extent that respondent No. 2 may take decision upon the application. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, he would move the respondent No. 2 by filing an application substantiating his ground for revocation of suspension and the respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the same.

The petitioner may file an application with the respondent No. 2 for revocation of his suspension. The respondent No. 2 shall consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
