After hearing the petitioner, what is emerging is that, the Society, of which the petitioner was a Member, was closed down in the year 2017. Under the circumstance, the petitioner cannot be the Member of the Society. The Societies Registration came to be cancelled on 28.3.2016 under the orders of the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Parner. It is stated that petitioner had made an application for sanctioning of loan to the Society. 2.

In view of these facts, no case is made out for invoking the writ jurisdiction. Petition stands dismissed.
