The petitioner has assailed the seniority list. It appears that the petitioner has filed application with the Deputy Director of Education. Under rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condition of Service Regulation) Act, 1977 and Rules, 1981, the Education Officer has the authority to decide the objection to the seniority list. 2.

The petitioner may file his objection with regard to the seniority with the Education Officer. The Education Officer on receipt of the objection from the petitioner shall decide the said objection after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of the receipt of the objection. 3.

Writ Petition accordingly is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application also stand disposed of.
