The challenge raised in the instant petition is in respect of decree of eviction passed by the trial Court which has been confirmed by the appellate Court on 06.08.2014. During the intervening period, i.e. from the date of passing of the decree till today, there is no interim relief operating. The decree passed by the trial Court in all probabilities must have been executed. Apart from this, it does appear that petitioner has no interest in the matter.
