ORDER :

Civil Application Nos. 9861 and 9862 of 2015 are filed for restraining the defendants from conducting the elections as per the notice dated 7.8.2015. Today respondent No. 2 filed reply affidavit which is to the effect that in accordance with the notice dated 7.8.2015, no meeting was conducted, no resolution was passed on 12.8.2015. Thus, the submission is made that no meeting was held on 7.8.015. In view of these submissions, both the applications are disposed of.

Learned counsel Shri. Bachate appearing for appellant in Second Appeal No. 34/2015 submitted that respondent No. 5 (Bandappa s/o. Shantilingappa Malge) of this proceeding is represented by advocate Shri. V.D. Gunale. In view of this circumstance, learned counsel Shri. V.D. Gunale submits that he is accepting notice for respondent No. 5 in Second Appeal No 34/2015.
