PER COURT :

1) Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners would tender an undertaking, within a week from today to this Court, thereby assuring to vacate the premises within a period of six months from today. Subject to furnishing the undertaking, as assured, the petitioners shall not be evicted from the subject premises within a period of six months from today.

2) The petitioners undertake to vacate the premises on their own at the end of the period of six months. In the event of failure, it would be open for the respondents to evict the petitioners by adopting coercive measures. The petitioners shall also undertake that they would maintain the subject

premises in the same situation and would maintain status quo in general. The petitioners shall also undertake to remove the development/constructions, raised by them over the premises at their own costs at the end of the period of six months.

3) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
