Learned AGP after waiving notice of all the respondents and specifically, upon instructions from the respondent No. 3, makes a statement that the said application of the petitioner would be decided within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the petition by issuing direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of its licence, on its own merits in view of order dated 20.12.2018 passed by respondent No. 2 within a period of six weeks from today.
