Learned senior advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the original licencees of the liquor shop have transferred license in favour of present applicants. He submits that question of legal heirs of deceased licensee does not arise in the matter, since the license has been transferred in the name of present applicants during lifetime of original licencee. 2.

Learned AGP has no objection to allow present civil application in view of aforesaid.

3.

Civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C" and stands disposed of.
