Mr. Humbe, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, today is last date for filling in form and submitting validity certificate.

It is submitted that, validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. In fact, the petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier. It will not be possible now for us to direct the Committee to decide the proceedings within a day or two. 3.

Considering the above, we can only direct the Committee to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably

2 wp 9385.19 within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 06th August, 2019.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
