The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B) By issuing writ of mandamus orders, or directions in like nature, the respondents be directed to compensation as per GR dated 31.5.2017 issued by the pay the respondent no.1 State Government towards the area of land occupied under tower with interest @ Rs. 15% p.a. from 31.5.2017, within stipulated period." 2.

We are informed that the District Collector has already issued a notice to Respondent No.5, on 11.01.2022. The matter with regard to grant of compensation in view of the laying of the high tension electrical lines, Hingoli to Sengoan, will have to be considered by Respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We direct Respondent No.2 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and after hearing in the matter is concluded, pass an appropriate order. Let this exercise be completed within 180 days from today.
