1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that roster is already submitted in the office of the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Prishad, Osmanabad. We direct the respondent No.3 to verify the roster of reservation submitted by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5, and forward the same to the respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 3 weeks from today.

2] From the date of receiving such proposal respondent No.2 shall verify the same, as expeditiously as possible, but within four weeks from receipt of such disposal.
