ORDER [PER SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.] :

The present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.1 to condone the break in service of the petitioner for the period from 14th August 2002 till 19th December 20210, by deciding the proposal dated 18th October 2022. 2.
Learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. There is no necessity to issue notice to respondent No.3.

Upon instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader makes a statement that the said proposal dated 18th December 2022, would be forwarded by the Education Officer, respondent NO.2, within a period of four weeks from today to the Government i.e. respondent No.1 and respondent No.1 would decide the same within a period of three months after receipt of the proposal from respondent No.2.

The statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is taken as an undertaking.

We direct respondent No.2 - Education Officer to forward the said proposal dated 18th December 2022, within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today to the Government i.e. respondent No.1. We further direct respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal within a period of THREE MONTHS, after receipt of the proposal from respondent No.2. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
