It is a matter concerning the request of the petitioner to change the examining authority, which was awaiting decision at the end of the respondent no.1 - Pharmacy Council of India. For want of which, even the petitioner'

s college was not being allowed to take part in the admission process being undertaken by the other respondents. By the order dated 03/08/2023, we had granted interim relief, thereby directing the respondents to permit the petitioner' s college to participate in the same.

The learned Advocate for respondent no.1 today tenders across the bar a communication, whereby a decision has been taken by it in accordance with the petitioner'

s request for change of examining authority.

In view of such supervening events, now that even otherwise the petitioner'

s college was permitted to participate in the admission process, nothing survives to be decided.

We allow the writ petition and dispose it of confirming the interim order.
