Present application has been filed for recalling of the order passed by this Court on 15.04.2024 in Criminal Application No.1172 of 2024 and restoring the said criminal application. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicants and learned APP for respondent No.1. Since in the original proceedings respondent No.2 was not served, it is not even necessary to issue notice to respondent No.2.

It appears that there were office objections and for removal of the same, a conditional order was passed on 15.04.2024. [1]

930-appln-3179-2024.odt Eight weeks time was granted for removal of the office objections, however, the applicants failed to remove the same within the stipulated period and, therefore, the conditional order came into existence. Now, the applicants are ready to remove the office objections and, therefore, the said order dated 15.04.2024 is hereby recalled.

The application stands allowed and disposed of. 5.

Criminal Application No.1172 of 2024 stands restored. 6.

Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. However, we also say that in case of failure on the part of the applicants to remove the office objections within the aforesaid period, the application would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
